About this house rental
Summary:
FellsPoint excitement just off the main street, only a block away from the main attractions of Fells Point. This is a beautiful street level unit that is exclusively AirBnB use, separate entrance on street level. Note that weekends in the neighborhood are very busy and sometimes loud, it's a popular area and this unit faces the street. Light sleepers might get awakened.
The Space:
One Queen bed in the bedroom. Full kitchen, half bath on the first floor and full bath next to the bedroom on the 2nd floor. Air Mattress available upon request.
Guest Access:
Door code at street level provided before check in. Parking spot is behind the building so you will need to walk around the block to the front of the house.
The Neighborhood:
Fells Point is known for its hip pubs and taverns, many with live music, as well as seafood joints serving Chesapeake Bay crab and oysters. Small galleries, record stores, fashion boutiques and eclectic restaurants line the cobblestone streets along the harbor and main square.
Getting Around:
Everything is within walking distance, many of the streets in the neighborhood are pedestrian only or limited car access. Parking is very restricted, so you will want to take advantage of the single reserved parking space that comes with the rental, parking on the street is not allowed without a permit.
Other Things to Note:
I have a HEPA air filtering and monitoring system running in the unit at all times to ensure air quality for guests.
Parties of any sort will not be tolerated, I live in the same building and my neighbors appreciate their quiet and calm community.
There is one staircase in this stay. The staircase does have a few winder (wedge shaped) stairs at the top.
This is a townhome in the city with neighbors both above and next door. Please note that a low level of noise may be heard occasionally.
Interaction with Guests:
I live in the same complex and can be available when needed, but otherwise will leave you to yourselves.

We had a wonderful visit. The property was very clean and was the perfect location for our trip. We love the Fells Point area. The host was right in the area and was able to answer any questions that came up. One of the best parts of the property that there was onsite reserved parking. It was good to know that you didn’t need to worry about parking. We would definitely go back when visiting family in the area.

Great house, fantastic position in Fells Point, wonderful to have a free parking space too. Facilities were excellent.If I had to be really picky I’d suggest maybe a king bed and a more comfortable sofa (or maybe a spare bed?), but I really can’t fault the place. Communication with the owner was superb and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We loved the location and easy access to restaurants, shops and the waterfront. The apartment had everything we needed, even a dog bed and a toy. Great time.
