This cabin is located along a scenic Smoky Mountain country road. Although it’s less than 10 minutes from the Parkway, mountain roads can feel longer if you’re not accustomed to driving in the area. Like most mountain properties in the Smokies, there are a few winding roads and an inclined driveway leading to the cabin. The last quarter mile is a single-lane mountain road, which is typical for the Smokies.
Sweet Caroline is ideal for guests seeking a quiet wooded retreat rather than a busy resort-style experience.
Guest Access:
Guests have full private access to the entire cabin during their stay.
Rental Requirements:
• Must be 25+ years old to book
• Rental agreement is accepted upon confirmed reservation
• No smoking inside the cabin
Cancellation Policy
• 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival
• No refunds within 30 days of arrival for any reason, including weather, travel delays, illness, mechanical failures, shortened stays, or events outside of owner control
• Travel insurance is strongly encouraged
• No reschedules within 30 days of arrival

Great location! Between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Short drive to either location. The screened in porch was a plus with the hot tub when it rained.
