There are so many positives staying here. First, the location. The home is conveniently located close to Chollas Market, Oxxo and some good restaurants. Short walk to two pools (one is a lap pool) and easy walk to the beach. Second, the house is well-appointed. Two full master suites with A/C units and TVs in each with full baths including soaking tub as well. We loved the outdoor areas with BBQ gas grill and dining area. So much room to spread out. We'll be back!

Stayed in FN320 for 28 days. Location of the unit is well located to all the amenities. Unit was very clean and any issues were attended to on a timely basis by the maintenance team.
Before we rented it was confirmed there was no toaster/toaster oven or bottled water. To our pleasant surprise there was both. Also there was no mention of a mid stay refresh prior to our renting but again we appreciated this service.
The mid level deck with the BBQ (which could use new burners) was well used by us on a daily basis rather than the main living which was quite dark due to a shortage of natural light.
All in all a good stay and we certainly would consider renting in the future.

This casa is the second one we’ve rented in Founders neighborhood. This property had bikes, which was a big plus, but that’s where it ends. The linens were old and stained and our king sheet had a hole in it. Towels had ragged edges and were very dingy. They were clean, but for the premium price we payed you expect nice things. During our stay we had to ask for a blender and glass mixing bowls and they were purchased and delivered to us. A new set of pots and pans also arrived that were a big help. We had to get another reading lamp for the master downstairs bedroom because we both read at night and we got tired of waiting after we requested one from the property manager. My take is that this is a new rental coming into the market from a bachelor owner. The tower only had two small wrought iron chairs that were very uncomfortable. Some nice lounge furniture up there would be awesome because the view was incredible. Location can’t be beat. Best by far. So we paid more for 7 weeks than we’ve ever paid in the past, but I’d never pay that again unless the upgrades are made. We have rented again for next year using a different company in a different casa.
