The location is great, you have the view of the Sea of Cortes from the balcony. The communication with the host was excellent, quick to respond with clear information. Through the host chat communication I was informed how to find and access the condo. It was a great experience for me and my family of 4.

Some improvements that I would recommend are the following: potentially replacing the shower heads on both bathrooms, checking or upgrading some of the kitchen appliances and cookware, making sure the kitchen and bathroom cabinets door work correctly.

Nos encantó el departamento, contaba con lo necesario para sentirte como en tu casa, amplio , cómodo, limpio y el exterior super bonito!!! Muy bonitas vistas desde el balcón! Las piscinas limpias y muy bonito diseño!....en una zona muy bonita y pintoresca!

unit not that clean and amenities not working (hot tub not working, no soap for dishwasher and none found in 3 stores, clothes dryer stopped working)

The location had a beautiful view of the pool area and Sea of Cortez from the fourth floor terrace. The elevator and stairs were right out the front door. The TV worked us8ng our Netflix account with very fast WIFI. The condo location was quiet and convenient to Puerto Escondito if you don't want to stay on your boat. The WiFi instructions were on sticky notes stuck to the nice large screen TV.

The unit was left unlocked with keys left on the kitchen counter to check ourselves in. There were no instructions about where to take trash. The twin beds were like sleeping on boards. The kingsize bed was like sleeping on a thick foam rubber mattress. The curtains were all see thru sheers. The window on the front was on the walkway and had a bright overhead light on all night which the sheer curtains did not block. Blackout curtains would be helpful in both bedrooms. The loveseat was worn down so when sitting you sank way down with no support. Some of the dishes and flatware had dried food on them. There was a new blender on the counter but no ice cube trays in the refrigerator. Hard to enjoy cocktails without ice. There was a mop but no mop bucket and dust pans but no broom so we could not clean up sand and dirt tracked in. This unit has a lot of potential for being a prime rental if the drawers in the kitchen and bathroom and cupboards in the bedroom were repaired to properly close. The entry door had cracks between the planks of wood where sunlight could be seen. The bed linens, quilts and towels were thin. The kitchen dish towels were worn out. Great location but compared to other rentals in the area, this unit is tired
