Guest Access:

You will have private access to the entire house and its amenities. A few closets and cabinets are locked for owner storage, but the rest of the home is yours to enjoy.



The Neighborhood:

Union City is a small city (population ~74,000) located in the southern part of the East Bay portion of the San Francisco Bay Area region of California. It is bordered to the north by the city of Hayward and to the south by the city of Fremont. It is part of the Tri-Cities area, which consists of Union City, Fremont, and Newark.

• Close to Union Landing Mall, Alameda Creek, and many beautiful parks.

• Restaurants, bars, cafes, whole foods, safe-way grocery stores all nearby.

• 10 minutes away by car to Nimitz Freeway.

• 10 minutes drive to Quarry Lakes Regional Recreation Area

A car is highly recommended.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please follow the cancellation policy on the respective platform. No refund within 30 days of check-in, if you book on our website.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed.



Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.



Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.



Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed.

We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $25 per person, per night.
