It is bordered to the north by the city of Hayward and to the south by the city of Fremont. It is part of the Tri-Cities area, which consists of Union City, Fremont, and Newark.

• 2 mins drive to Island Pacific Seafood Market, Starbread Bakery, Taco Bell, Starbucks, Thai Kitchen, Raja Sweets & Indian Cuisine, etc.
Getting Around:
A car is highly recommended.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Specific Cancellation policy applies on each platforms. No refund within 30 days of check-in, if you book on our website.

Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation. Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.
Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed.
