Welcome to Holland, Michigan, home to amazing Lake Michigan beaches, wonderful downtown restaurants & shopping, plus, host to the largest tulip festival in the United States.
This 4 bed, 1.5 bath recently updated and furnished home is a beautiful blend of comfort & entertainment; Perfectly suiting for families, large groups, vacationers, and folks just looking to get away. .

The Space:
This single-family home is located just a few roads off of Ottawa Beach Road which leads right into Holland State Park. The neighborhood also offers views of Lake Macatawa which can be seen just at the end of the road. The layout comfortably accommodates 8 people.
This ranch style home has a total of 4 bedrooms; 3 bedrooms on the main floor: one with a king-sized bed, one with 2 full-sized beds and another with 1 queen-sized bed. The basement hosts the 4th bedroom with 1 queen sized bed. Two of the bedrooms are also equipped with a smart TV for your viewing pleasure.
Kitchen:
Eating in versus going out on the town, no problem. The kitchen boasts new quartz countertops & tile backsplash and is equipped with all the basics including plates, bowls, cups, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, etc.
Living Room:
Been a little while since you’ve caught-up on your favorite shows? We’ve got you covered, oh and I mean in a BIG way, 70 inches of 4K UHD big way. Sit back, relax, and feel like you’re almost in the show. All tv’s in the house are smart TV’s so you are able to log onto your favorite apps.
Basement:
Basement = AWESOME, I know we mentioned a whole lot of outdoor attractions around the area, but you may not surface after entering. Game room featuring a foosball table, wet bar, 75 inches of 4K UHD flat screen TV, no typo there, 75 inches. This basement was meant to entertain & create amazing memories and that’s what you’ll experience too.
Exterior:
In the backyard you’ll find, a gas grill, a fire pit for perfecting smores & lounge chairs for you to relax and enjoy the great outdoors.
Amenities:
The house is also stocked up with the small essentials that are not fun to live without; coffee, towels (bath and beach), hair dryer, iron, coffee (yes it’s that important to mention twice) and more. Also, for outdoor adventures, you’ll find 6 bikes (4 adult/2 kids), beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler and yard games
Workspace:
We understand that work may not always stop when on vacation, with that in mind, the bedroom in the basement is equipped with a great workspace, which is perfect for those who still have a few zoom meetings to connect on.

We stayed for a weekend and had a really great time. The house is clean and big enough for our family to spread out a bit. The furnace didn't work when we got there, but was fixed only a few hours after we checked in. I would recommend this house for sure!

We had family in from Memphis who had never seen a Great Lake! The house provided us a great landing place! We loved the patio! Great quiet street but close to everything!

Very neat, organized, equipped house. Great location near public beaches and dining in Holland, MI. Multiple bedrooms, foosball, TVs, and hangout spaces made for great family time. Recomended!
