This is a clean & comfortable ranch style home in a beautiful wooded subdivision. This home has the REME HALO-LED whole home in-duct air purification system installed. Great house/ location. Everything there you might need for stay. We stayed 2 weeks with 3 kids ages 4/7/8.

This home is in a LOVELY neighborhood full of amazing beech trees. It has a lovely deck which is perfect for outside dining. Inside is very nice and as advertised. The owner, who lives near by, is super nice and attentive. The only thing to note is that the stairs from the main floor to the family room below are steep and there is no gate at the top. This could be a concern for families with toddlers. No problem for us, however.

House actually felt larger than the pictures, with there being a basement it was nice for our older kids to hangout down there while the adults congregated upstairs. Bonus was it was minutes from Captain Sundae and we love ice cream:)

Everything anyone on vacation could hope for, clean, neat, nice neighborhood, close to beach and shops, lovely yard. Rich was very thoughtful and available.
