Minimum length of stay and special rates may apply during certain seasonal events.
There is an optional pool heating available for a fee, (when needed). Depending upon length of stay, utility charges may apply.
Upon acceptance of the reservation you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement directly with the management company – 365 Vacation Rentals
The Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance requires the following:
All persons must be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
The maximum number of guests shall not exceed posted limits. This includes ALL children AND infants.
Outdoor music of any kind or excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
No more than 1 car per bedroom is allowed per home. 2 car maximum.
Failure to do so will result in fines being issued directly to the occupant of the home and you will forfeit your security deposit. Please refer to your rental agreement or ask for greater detail.
Please note this home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home is not a party house.

Excellent location and perfect place for a couple or small group. Quiet setting, perfect size pool and secluded from noise...decorated beautiful and extremely clean and equipped with everything you need. Washer & Dryer nice and efficient too.Would stay again...Thank you

Great property! Stayed for a week with wife and friends. Property was as advertised. Great kitchen and living area. Cooked in and grilled often and the place had everything we needed. Would stay again.
