Each townhouse offers an all-suite layout, a full kitchen, an inviting living area with a TV, and a private washer/dryer. Ample off-street parking adds ease to your centrally located stay.

Four well-equipped kitchens make it easy to prepare tasty meals for your entire group. Each townhome offers a full suite of stainless steel appliances and a dining table for six.
BED & BATH
This vacation rental is composed of four nearly identical townhouses, each with two suites.
Two townhouses have a queen sofa bed in the living area, while the other two have two twin sofa beds in the living area. The bedroom arrangements are as follows:
Two suites each have a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Two more suites are furnished with a queen daybed and a twin trundle. The en-suite bathrooms are fitted with tub/shower combinations.
Four additional suites are furnished with queen beds, and each has an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Four half baths provide added convenience.

All four townhouses have a two-story layout, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a private washer/dryer.
Unassigned parking is available for 10 cars in the adjacent lot.

With a fantastic locale near The Gulch, Music Row, downtown, and Midtown, it’s easy to explore popular hot spots, eateries, and attractions -- all within an 8-minute drive or rideshare.
Take a walk in nearby Centennial Park. Additional attractions include Bridgestone Arena, Ryman Auditorium, Country Music Hall of Fame, and Honky Tonk Row.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 10 vehicles.

Communications by renter prior to arrival was great. Had a problem with entry codes to the units, this was also an issue I’ve seen others write a review about.

Stayed here with a group of 20 rented all 4 townhouses at first we only got one code but with a message and a quick phone call back we had all four and no problems
Nice location as far as close to Broadway not walking distance although a group did do it took them 45 min but ubers were there within 3 to 4 minutes that was great
But lots of sirens and trains going through so if u are a light sleeper like me you won't get much
Also no toaster in any of the condos that was a downfall and in every condo only a one cup keriug except one condo had a traditional coffee pot but we expected one in each since that it said coffee maker in each condo
The biggest downfall was the towel situation we only had 5 towels in each condo that was just enough for 1 for all of us for 1 day luckily some of the group drove and had brought their own
It says it sleeps 24 so.if we would have had 24 4 people would have had no towels
There is a walgreens about 2 blocks away that carries beer and wine and some groceries that was nice
I had a wonderful time despite this stuff

Fist of all I rented all 4 condos and only sent one code, had to call get other three codes, the code # are ridiculously long and you have look it up every time you want in. Short on bath towels, dish clothe,1 mini soap bars in each bathroom to accommodate 24 people for 5 days. Only 2 detergent for 2 loads of wash. Outlet are falling in some plugs and screws falling out of front door. No toasters. Very slim on dishes and cups. If you say it accomadates up to 26 you should have supplies for that many people. I called Vacasa 3 times and took repot but never came repair and give us more supplies. My husband call a 4 time and the girl hung up on him at Vacasa. The location was close to downtown but just no communication or service when we asked for help.
