The 3 houses were great! Spacious and well appointed. Clean and comfortable. The host provided pre-trip communications as well as texting during our stay to ensure all was going well.

We had a group of 18 people stay in three of these homes for a long weekend and it was absolutely everything we could have wanted. We're a fairly picky group, but this property gets all compliments. The homes were clean and well-appointed. We liked the layout and the common area was perfect for our big group. It was a quick and affordable Uber ride to downtown. The grocery store was super close. The neighborhood was quiet. We had a few questions and the owners were incredibly helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this property for a big group buyout or as a single home stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo property! The house itself was beautiful, and the neighborhood was quiet and charming—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The space was well-maintained, and everyone in our group really enjoyed their time.
That being said, there were a couple of minor issues that affected our experience. The walls between the rooms were a bit thin, so noise tended to carry, especially with a large group. This made it challenging to sleep at times, especially for those in rooms closer to the common areas.
Additionally, the front door lock was temperamental and would often get stuck, which meant that someone staying in the lower room had to frequently let people in at all hours of the night. This became a bit inconvenient for both the person who had to open the door and the guests coming in late.
Overall, we had a great time, but these small issues could be addressed to make future stays even more enjoyable!

I took 20 of my bartenders for a vacation in Nashville. The house were amazing! It was a 9.00 uber ride downtown! German town is were the house are and there are great eateries and bars there also. We all rode the BIRDS to German town bars. It was fun.
