This vacation home is conveniently located in The Canal on the westside of Coastal Highway. Easy access to the ocean and downtown Bethany Beach. Spacious living areas, open kitchen and dining areas, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, deck and screened porch. Ground level has a garage.

* If the owner provides an optional Bethany Beach parking permit, a $50 cash or check deposit is required upon check-in.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The house is spacious and well kept! The decks have plenty of space to sit and relax in the warmth and sunshine. The beds gave the best night's sleep we've had in a while and the house was immaculate. All appliances, TVs, and WiFI were problem-free!

We loved the proximity to the beach! The house was nice for the price and fit our two families perfectly!

It was a pleasurable stay. However there is considerable road noise due to proximity to route 1.
