Amenities include a marina, multiple pools, on-site dining, a rooftop sunset deck, and a hot tub. Take a swing at one of the on-site tennis courts or championship golf courses! Unwind for movie nights in the inviting living area, which features a queen-size sleeper sofa and a 50” TV. Create delicious meals and beach snacks in the well-equipped kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances and ample cookware. When it’s time to eat, gather at the table for four. This condo sleeps up to four guests between one bedroom and the sleeper sofa in the living area. Dine alfresco with views of the Gulf and Topsail State Preserve from the scenic private balcony. Or enjoy the sunset from the building’s rooftop deck. The Luau at Sandestin® resort grounds feature a private Gulf entrance, a marina, multiple community pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, championship golf courses, and numerous on-site restaurants.

Guest amenities include complimentary WiFi, a brand new full-sized washer/dryer, and unreserved parking for one car in the parking garage. THINGS TO KNOW
BUILDING CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Roofing Project is slated to begin in the coming days. Those of you in town may have noticed some of the staging and prep beginning on-site this afternoon.
This re-roof will begin on Tower 2 and then move over to Tower 1. We expect 8-9 weeks, with two weeks off for Thanksgiving and Christmas, so that this project will extend into early 2026.

This unit is located on the eighth floor. Elevators are available.

The unit was very clean overall. The sofa had some stains and could really use a steam cleaning. Otherwise, the unit was spotless. The pull out sofa was uncomfortable, but we read about that in another review and brought a thick mattress pad to remedy that issue. The appliances all appeared to be brand new and were high-end. The Samsung washer and dryer were great for towels, etc. The view from the unit is stunning. We love the Luau resort for its amenities and proximity to the beach (awesome pool and just a quick walk and your toes are in the sand). The unit does not have any kind of beach gear (chairs, umbrella, etc) so plan to bring your own or rent. Also, the coffee maker is one that uses ground coffee and filters, so plan accordingly. The blow dryer did not work, but we didn't discover this until the end of our trip. I'm sure I could have reached out to Vacasa for help, but it just wasn't a big deal for us. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. If you'll be cooking, pan to bring your own salt and pepper, cooking spray, etc. We were happy to walk back into the unit every time we returned home. It was light, bright and smelled great. Vacasa was awesome and even offered us a late check‐out for a small fee. We would definitely stay in this unit again.
