About this house rental
Coco-Ari is located in the most accessible, safe neighborhood in Tempe, within 5-10 miles to all the main attractions in Tempe, Scottsdale, Old Town, ASU, Phoenix, airport, and beyond. With easy access to HWYs (60, 202, 101, 10), there are no limits to what you want to do, day or night, any lifestyles, from hanging out in the HEATED pool to shopping to sport events to ethnic restaurants, Fashion Squares, Tempe Marketplace, Mills Ave., to kayaking, mountain trails, championship golf courses
Coco-Ari and the home designer team ensure that your stay at our property is well rewarded. The indoor and outdoor living areas are fresh, spacious and elegantly designed to showcase the local arts and a Spanish revival theme with exposed beams and natural lights. The home is 2,500 sq ft, furnished with pieces designed by the popular TV show Magnolia Home and a HEATED pool. The pool is HEATED at the guest's request for a small fee. The large living room, dining room and kitchen have high elegant ceilings and chandeliers. A separate game room is equipped with a sofa bed, game console, books, and gameboards for your enjoyment. There are seats for 8 guests in the main dining room and 8 more in the outdoor patio. The master bedroom has TV, walk-in closets, a private dual vanity master bath and an office desk overlooking the pool and garden. There are three other guest rooms with closets and windows for daylights, blackout shades and curtains and a shared bathroom with three sinks. There is also parking for an RV!
You can self-check in and check out using the digital key pad on the door. Your access code will be provided 24 hours prior to your arrival.
Uber and Lyft are easy and inexpensive to and from the airports and other main attractions.
The pool does not have a protected gate. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times, regardless of swimming skills.
Guests are responsible for the safety of yourself and your children while visiting Coco-Ari.
The pool is HEATED at the guest's request in advance. (Typically between $60-$70 per night)
The indoor wood fireplace is NOT for use at any time due to fire hazard concerns for our guests and properties.
This property has video surveillance in the outdoor public spaces (front door, service gate, RV gate) to ensure the safety and security of all guests. There is NO camera inside the home.
There are healthy snacks, a water filtration system in the kitchen that is stocked with basic cooking spices, oils and a variety of Keurig single cup coffee selection.
The pantry is lightly stocked, you are welcome to use and restock as necessary.
There are two Nest thermostats. One is located behind the door in the master bedroom and the other is located in the hallway between the guest bedrooms. It has been automatically set to a comfortable range 68F–75F.
Extra pillows and towels are stored in the bedrooms and laundry’s closets.
Small kitchen appliances include air fryer/small oven combo, Keurig, toasters, blender, rice cooker.
Utensils, dinner, cups and glass wares are available in both disposable and white ceramics.
Cleaning supplies, paper towels and toilet essentials are located on the shelf in the laundry room.
Small vacuum and floor mop are stored in the laundry cabinet.
Pool towels are located in the patio.

We were impressed from the moment we walked in. It was a perfect space for our family to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from ASU. Everything from the comfortable bedrooms, beautiful patio and pool area and location were incredible. We would highly recommend this property and we will be back!

The property was perfect for what we were looking for! Close to friends and family, good eating places, central to the part of Tempe that we needed to be in. The home was spotless, beds were super comfortable - linens were high end. All the comforts of home from a great location!!

We are a Family of 4 with an 18 month old and a 7 year old. This property was perfect for us.
Starting the day before arrival the hosts had us at ease. If you’ve ever flown with kids, that’s enough stress right there to ruin a vacation before it starts so the early communication and friendliness was welcome.
The house is beautiful and spacious with a wildly functional outdoor space. Ample seating and eating areas really made a family feel at home. Mattresses were comfy and everyone slept well. The home is lightly decorated with tasteful decor but done in a simple way. This was key for us to feeling comfortable letting the 1 year old explore. While in town we had a few family members come by and all were impressed about the home.
The heated pool was a nice addition for a modest fee but we found that to be the norm in the area for the few pools that were heated during November. There really aren’t many. Water was clean and the pool was inviting.
I would recommend to anyone looking at the home. Families and even those without kids will enjoy.

Very nice, large home! The area was great! We felt safe and it was a quieter area. Overall experience was positive.
Couple of little mentions:
There was some remodeling happening in the main bathroom, hopefully that is completed soon.
The listing stated there was a hot tub. There is not. I addressed that with the property manager, and they hopefully have removed that from the listing. That was one of the main reasons this property was the "winning" property for us. They did try to remedy this by turning up the heat in the pool, but we had to pay extra to heat the pool prior to arrival...sooooooo.....
Anyway, overall good experience. We would certainly consider staying here again.
