About this house rental
Your beachside escape is here at this bright and open 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home just a few minutes walk to the beach. There is a master with king bed and en-suite bathroom upstairs with an attached private screened in balcony. Downstairs has two bedrooms, a full bath and a sleeper sofa in the living room. We've also provided a portable crib which is stored in the master closet for a full family friendly environment which can comfortably sleep 9 and a baby.
We've also included all the comforts of home with plenty of spare towels and linens, a fully stocked kitchen, and full size washer and dryer. Each room has either a smart TV or streaming device so you can easily connect to your favorite streaming service via our free high speed WIFI. There's also a fully fenced back yard!
We also know that you are here for the beach! So we have provided 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, wagon, and beach toys for your convenience.
Even though we provide a portable crib for little ones, we know that other items could really help create a more comfortable stay. Here is a link for a baby gear rental company if needed-

This home is conveniently located, drive 10 miles into downtown Galveston to eat at one of the local eateries or explore the historic Pleasure Pier.
The Galveston Island State Park is a 4-minute drive from your door and a fantastic spot to explore. The 2,000-acre state park features multiple hiking trails, bird watching spots, and most importantly, a ton of beach access for swimming!
The Pirates Beach Country Club and Golf Course is just a 5 minute drive and a jet ski rental company so you can get out for a day of fun out on the water!
Drive 25 minutes and spend a day out on the ocean with the Galveston Fishing Charter Company!
Some other top local attractions are The Moody Gardens, and the Schlitterbahn Galveston Island Waterpark.

- The beach is a 5 minute walk. If you want a golf cart, we recommend Rick's Beach Rentals. They can bring you a golf cart and pick it up when you leave. Be aware you probably need to book early, especially in the summer months.

We had a great time staying here. The home provided all amenities we needed to be comfortable. It has lots of sitting of room & space inside and out. We enjoyed the hammock. There’s a yard. The walk to beach is maybe 5 min. That part of the beach is always low key and pretty quiet. We’d come back again!

We had so much fun! The host was so helpful and the property was perfect! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

The house had the PERFECT layout for us and our family and we loved how close the house was to the beach. We were able to have amazing family time along with enjoying the evenings in the screened in porch upstairs as adults. Unfortunately, when we showed up, the floors and cleanliness of the house as a whole seemed like someone used it for the 4th of July and then the cleaning crew just changed the sheets and towels and called it a day with a quick wipe down in some places. So, on our arrival I started to clean up what I could myself, but we also immediately contacted the owner about the issues and they sent out a cleaning crew to take care of the big things and said they would be there in 45 min, but in turn it took almost 2 hours for them to show. So, sadly it ruined our plans to go and enjoy the town that evening because we felt the need to clean ourselves and deal with things to be taken care of that should have been done in the first place before our arrival. Thankfully the owner was very apologetic and helpful to get it resolved quickly and the rest of our trip and experience was great and full of family memories, but it just put a stain, for a better lack of words, on our trip as a whole to begin it that way.
