Welcome to Sippen on Sunshine! This beautiful villa is located in the desirable Lost Key Resort & is perfect for your next family vacation. You will love the coastal charm throughout the villa. With 4 bedrooms & 4 baths, the villa can accommodate up to 9, including up to 2 dogs (message host for approval - extra charge will apply). It has everything you need for the perfect beach vacation including a fully-equipped kitchen, garage, & a private, screened balcony. You're just a short walk or drive to the white sugar sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf.
This rental includes access to Free Fun with Xplorie! We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day of your stay—including the Lost Key, Soldiers Creek, and Glenlakes Golf Clubs, Tropical Falls Theme Park at OWA, Dolphin, Sunset and Nature Cruises! Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) & then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) & then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to Tropical Falls Theme Park in the morning with the kids (one person is free) while your spouse goes to play golf (one person is free) & then meet that evening to go on a sunset cruise (one person is free). When you enter the villa, you will be on the main living level. This level includes a guest bedroom with queen bed, full bath, & an open concept living area comfortably furnished with a sofa, loveseat & club chair; dining table, & a breakfast bar with stools. The living room has a large flat-screen smart TV, & the modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances along with all the necessary cookware & utensils to prepare delicious meals.
One of the best amenities included with your rental is free admission to the Lost Key Beach Club—only 1/2 mile away. This open-air complex is a beachfront oasis available exclusively for Lost Key residents and guests. The Beach Club offers private beach access, a swimming pool, locker rooms & showers, & seasonal beach service. There is a restaurant at the club with food, snacks, & beverages for purchase. Complimentary shuttle service is available within the Lost Key Resort on a seasonal basis.
Also, within the Lost Key Resort, you will have access to a resort-style pool with hot tub, a state-of-the-art Fitness Center, Tennis & Pickle Ball courts (we supply 4 pickle ball paddles and balls), & an Arnold Palmer golf course. Lost Key was the first golf course in Florida to be certified as an Audubon International Silver Signature Sanctuary, and this recognition continues to preserve the natural environment and resources of the area. The new state of the art golf clubhouse features a full-service golf shop, men’s & lady’s locker room facilities with lounge areas, & a restaurant and bar with indoor & outdoor seating as well as panoramic views of the golf course.
When you are ready to rest after a day at the beach or a round of golf, the villa offers 4 comfortable bedrooms to choose from. The master bedroom, which is located on the upper level has a comfortable, king-size bed, walk in closet, dual-vanity sinks, with a walk-in shower, & large, flat-screen smart TV perfect for late-night movies. There are two more guest bedrooms on the upper level. The first is furnished with a comfortable king-size bed, ceiling fan, chest of drawers & en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second has twin bunk beds & a pull out twin trundle bed, ceiling fan, chest of drawers & an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The upper level also includes a full-size washer & dryer.
The fourth guest bedroom is located on the main living level. It has a comfortable queen bed & ceiling fan. This bedroom has access to the full bathroom (tub and shower) in the hallway.

Nice set up. Lost Key shuttle is great. Will take guests back and forth to beach with ease. Blue Angel fly over was an added bonus. This rental has Pet friendly accommodations.

Perfect stay for my family of four and extended family! Kids enjoyed the bunk room! The shuttle makes getting to and from the beach so easy and convenient. Had a minor glitch in the internet and the owners were so helpful in guiding us to have it back up and running in no time!

We can’t stay enough about our stay at Sippin on Sunshine and how helpful Patti was with everything. She was very helpful in refunding the pet fee when our dog unexpectedly passed prior to our trip and when we were unable to find a blow dryer she sent someone out to deliver one quickly. We have zero complaints and had a wonderful trip with our family!

First the good, the unit we stayed in was great very comfortable and roomy. Now the bad, the main reason we stayed here was for the resort style pool, it was closed the second day of our 6 day stay and did not reopen. One employee said this was not the first time. We reached out to our contact with itrip and was told this is a HOA problem, I didn’t rent from the HOA. We were told to use the pool at the beach club, it is rated for 20 people and had 35 kids in it. Not relaxing for adults. The beach club is also a mile away from the unit we rented and there is no parking at the beach club. We paid a lot for a 5 star vacation and received a 3 star instead. Would not recommend this place…
