It was tricky dealing with Vacasa. I much prefer dealing directly with a homeowner. The entry instructions should include the alarm code. They only have code to lock. I had to dig into listing to find while simultaneously calling Vacasa.Note: it’s easier to get a response from Vacasa via text rather than waiting on the phone

We stayed here for a bachelorette. We were looking for somewhere inexpensive and relatively close to everything. It was about a $7-20 Uber ride to and from downtown Nashville. I would not say it’s walkable to the downtown strip. The area was relatively quiet. it does not seem any special care was taken to make this rental feel special or welcoming. For example the kitchen is not ready to be used. No cooking spray, no frying pan, minimal utensils and silverware. Basically just cups, a very small baking tray and a large pot. There was a washer and dryer but not even a small container of laundry detergent was supplied. The listing mentions a sofa bed but it’s actually a futon. Definitely not a pull out couch if thats what you’re expecting. The actual bed was comfortable. A good amount of towels and linens were provided. The place was clean enough but definitely looks like it hasn’t had a deep clean in quite a while. The walls and baseboards were dirty and there were scuffs all over the walls. The floors didn’t appear to be well mopped. There were questionable stains on the couch. If I’m on a budget I might consider staying there again, but you can tell it’s a property management owned unit and not someone’s home that they take pride in renting to travelers.
