We like that it was close to everything downtown Nashville, and it was in a safe neighborhood

The only thing we didn’t like was the parking the parking garage was small for bigger vehicles and it was first come first serve outside parking, but it was still manageable

The bed was comfy, the shower worked okay, had most of the amenities needed.

The company ‘landing’ that deal with the properties were horrific. They sent my check in details on the day of check in (only after I had asked multiple times) but then they decided to cancel my booking and make another booking under my husbands name - in a different building without telling us. We arrived in a foreign country at 1 o clock in the morning which they were aware of, and were then stranded with no idea where to go or how to get there. We couldn’t access any internet or make any calls as we didn’t have USA SIM cards. We were extremely lucky that a local happened to be passing and so we could make a call to the helpline. No one was able to tell me what happened or why they cancelled my booking. We got to the new location (again with extreme luck that the local person kindly drove us there) but then all of the codes we were given were wrong, so we had to then wait on the helpline again until they could find the right code. Once finally inside the new property - over 3 hours later - the apartment was clean and fairly comfortable. There was only one toilet roll (for a 10 day stay) and the concierge chat didn’t work so we had to go out and buy our own. There was one lift so we regularly had a long wait for it to arrive. A huge shame overall as the apartment was nice and if it hadn’t been for the horrific experience we had, we would probably have returned. We spoke to another couple in the lobby who said they had the same situation with ‘landing’ on the last 3 trips they had booked them with! Upon leaving, the codes they had sent for checking out were also wrong, and after waiting nearly an hour which almost made us late for our flight, we eventually were given a code to be able to leave. We are still waiting for the follow up response to our complaint and for compensation for being a truly horrifying situation that almost completely ruined our honeymoon.
