We like that it was close to everything downtown Nashville, and it was in a safe neighborhood

The only thing we didn’t like was the parking the parking garage was small for bigger vehicles and it was first come first serve outside parking, but it was still manageable

This is a very clean property, with many amenities that are useful for a longer stay such as washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, smart tv + more. Property has access to a pool and gym which was a nice addition. Bed comfortable, good shower. Apartment good size, location is around a 40 min walk to broadway, with shops and gas station walkable within 10 mins. Good price for property.

When we arrived at the apartments, we were confused by the check in instructions given and were struggling to find the location of the key safe. As we were unsure, we asked the man behind the desk of the leasing office if he knew where we could find the lock boxes. This man was very rude to us and said the instructions should be obvious and he can't help us. Luckily, a non- staff member saw us struggling and led us to the lock boxes in the garage and also helped show us to our apartment and was very kind. The property is very loud at night, located next to a train track, trains were very loud and whistling constantly from around 8pm to 1am, then starting again at about 7am. Also blinds in bedroom are not black out whatsoever, and room gets extremely bright early in the morning. On the 3rd night of our stay, we arrived back at our apartment after a day out and came back to our front door being wide open, knowing we had 100% locked it when we left, leaving all of our valuables exposed for anyone to walk into the property. When we went inside we saw a note saying some maintenance had taken place within the apartment, no one had told us this maintenance was taking place, and whoever did this had left without shutting the door of the property properly. This made us extremely uncomfortable knowing people had access without our knowledge, and left the door open. After this incident i messaged the company via the app, and told them our door had been left open and work had been done within the property without our knowledge. The response to this was okay we will contact the site manager to make sure this doesn't happen again. I then received a follow up message the next day, telling us they had contacted the site manager and they had said the door was locked after the maintenance, which obviously wasn't the case as this was the reason for our complaint.
