Welcome to our beautiful stylish home! Come and forget all your worries by enjoying the peaceful backyard lake view, heated pool, gym, kids playground, beach volleyball and much more. The home includes NEW appliances, washer and dryer, coffee bar, NEW furniture, and an amazing lake view. Only a short drive away from Disney, Universal Studios, and Sea World, 5 mins away from the turnpike. Enough room for up to 10 guests. The guests have access to the community pool, game room, gym, kids playground, and beach volleyball at no extra cost. If any of these amenities are closed during your stay for maintenance, repairs or remodeling, we are not responsible for any refunds if you want to alter or cancel your booking.
Parking is in front of the house in the assigned spot only. Any other cars can be parked in spaces with NO NUMBER. If you car is parked in a spot with another number that is not the one assigned to you, your car will be towed and we are not responsible for towing expenses.

We were attending the Mecum auto auction and this property was literally across the street. Worked perfect for us.

The overall stay was great but what I was most impressed with was how nice and accommodating the owner of the VRBO was. We almost had a situation at the beginning of my stay and she without hesitation helped me out (not going to say what it was just in case the owner wouldn't want it posted). Also, we left an iPad on the bunk bed and she was VERY helpful in getting that back to us through her cleaner because she had new guests coming when we could make it back! Would recommend the place. It was clean and spacious for all of us!

Knowing that 7,000 people were attending our convention at the Silver Spurs arena was stressing me out. The location was ideal.. just 1.5 miles to arena, Publix, and Los Cabos Mexican Restaurant… delicious. So we were looking for location and got a beautiful condo along with it.
