We provide bedding for all beds, bath towels, hand towels, face towels, and bath mats for each guest.
Trash & Recycling:
Two bins are provided inside (trash and recycling), and large outdoor bins are located beside the garage. Please follow the local schedule for bin placement on collection nights.
Parking:
Driveway fits up to 4 vehicles. One garage space available. Short-term street parking is allowed nearby. Oversized vehicles must fit fully on the property; RVs, boats, or trailers are not allowed otherwise.

The home is in a peaceful, residential area. Small daytime gatherings may be approved in advance. No loud parties or music. Quiet hours are 9 PM on weekdays and 10 PM on weekends.

We enjoyed out stay, had plenty of yard space to walk our dogs and overall everything was great, but a couple of things to note: My friend lost her earring and we looked all-over the bedroom and later she found it in her suitcase attached to her shirt. It was very dirty under the bed, behind the night stands and dresser. One of the plastic wine glasses was cracked. The whole set should be replaced, because they are very worn. The code for the door lock-box was very sticky and took several tries to get in.

Held a party of 20 people, host was gracious with parking and flexibility. Gave very clear and reasonable guidance on the rules for the party.Information in the listing slightly conflicting for guidance provided in messages after booking, but again host recognized discrepancies and accommodated.

Chose this property for a 1 night stay after a Disney Cruise. Convenient location to MCO but it was dirty and had cockroaches likely from the expired sugar for the cotton candy machine which had not been cleaned. Several sheets and baseboards were not clean and/or moldy. Saving grace was the host was very responsive and promised to address all of the above. Thankfully we flew out the next day.
