Comes with spacious and comfortable living room and Larger Kitchen has everything you need to prepare simple Meals. It`s perfect for couples, family and group friends of six. It`s perfect for relaxing and watching dolphins playing, walking distance to Pier 14 and watch Awesome fire works during the holidays.
Attention: Smart lock SELF check-in system, the entry code will be provided on the date of your arrival. Please always make sure the entry door is locked by clicking the bottom ultra button before you leave the unit.
We follow Airbnb`s enhanced cleaning protocol which was developed with experts guidance, clean and sanitize the space for each stay. (before check in and after check out)
Must be clean and respectful guests!!! This is NOT a hotel room but our personal owned vacation condo, please treat it like it`s your own.
Please bring your favorite Beach/pool towels. You also can rent Beach chairs and umbrellas at beach managed by the City. ( 05/30-09/05)

We are in downtown Myrtle Beach.
Free parking for condo guests is available across the street in the assigned parking lots. Uber is easy way to get around if you are going bit further out, our condo is right on the beach and Boardwalk so you can pretty much walk anywhere. Golf cart, scooter also a choice if you go somewhere close.
Our condo was designed with YOU in mind, we want to make a great vacation for you, and enjoy your time here as your second home. Top-notch accommodation, central location to everything, and of course waking up to the Ocean!! We believe you and your love ones will enjoy this home as much as we do.
Friend reminder: NO-SMOKING inside the Unit and on Balcony, No pets, No events, subject to $250 fine each.
*Quiet hours from 11pm-6am.
PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF NEIGHBORS.
*NO SMOKING OF ANY TYPE, VAPING, DRUGS, INSIDE OF CONDO OR ON BALCONY. Subject to $250.00 fine if smells or evidence is found and will be vacated immediately.

*LATE CHECK OUT if Not granted in advance by owner - 45 minute grace period then $25 per each 30 minutes afterward. (As we are paying housekeeper to wait for you).
*PLEASE DO NOT TAKE LUGGAGE CART INSIDE THE CONDO. You can load and unload from hallway (as stated on Entry Door).
*TOTAL OF SIX GUESTS MAX. Any extra guests more than confirmed reservation, must notify the host to alternate, otherwise will subject to $250 fine and be evicted from the property immediately.
*Mature respectful guests only! MUST BE ABOVE 21 YEARS OLD TO BOOK. Clean and respectful.
*Any damages to linens, furnishings or missing items ( private owned) you will be billed for.
*NO EVENTS, SUBJECT TO $250 FINE, and will be Vacated IMMEDIATELY.

We had a wonderful time. The ocean view from the balcony is amazing. The unit was clean and appeared to be well cared for. The beach was easy to get to along with a few pool options. Within walking distance of several restaurants/shopping and attractions. The hosts were very responsive to questions. Those with small children should avoid Memorial weekend/Bike week. Although everyone was kind and considerate, it was a bit congested on the streets. Overall my family had a wonderful stay and would certainly return.

Charles & Maggie made our stay here in their Penthouse easy from check-in to check-out. Communication with them was a breeze. We had one minor issue when we arrived - bathroom 2 shower head holder was broken. I reached out via message through VRBO app, and within minutes they replied asking if they can have maintenance come up. Within 30 minutes of my initial message to them, the man was at our door with a whole new shower head and had it replaced in minutes. The condo was clean as show in their photos. I explained to Charles & Maggie that we have a 10 month old who puts anything he finds in his mouth, and if there was anyway we could have a broom/vacuum. They provided both of those, even given my request being on day of check-in. We had a great experience here, and we will consider staying here next year during our annual Myrtle Beach getaway!

The penthouse was exactly as listed. It is very close to downtown and has convenient parking when driving. The owners are very responsive. It was a pleasure to stay here.
