Yes we had a nice time at your property & Myrtle Beach. Definitely a gorgeous view from the balcony. Property Manager was a pleasure to work with.
Couple things: dishwasher leaks a little when in use. Swifter or vacuum would have been great for daily cleaning to keep sand under control. Furniture, definitely couch needs replaced as it has absolutely no comfort, it was hard to even sit on let alone use for a pullout bed, which we did not need. The dining room table is nice but takes up so much room. Just wanted to share this as a positive feedback with Frank, who in return said he would definitely take care of this. Looking forward to visiting Myrtle Beach often.

This condo has amazing views and near many locals attractions. It does need some renovations and updates. The host said he would be fixing the dryer and the bathroom vents after we said there were problems.
