The unit was very clean. It does show the wear and tear of a vacation rental, but we had no complaints. The kitchen was stocked to our satisfaction with basics (we weren't there to cook five star meals).The soaps & paper products were a nice touch.Bed linens were very nice.Great view and quick access to boardwalk.Communication & ease of check in were excellent.I would definitely rent from owner again!

This condo has amazing views and near many locals attractions. It does need some renovations and updates. The host said he would be fixing the dryer and the bathroom vents after we said there were problems.
