About this house rental
Beautifully landscaped grounds, a marina, waterfront dining, Euro-style spa, 3 crystal blue pools, poolside bar & grill, fitness center, aerobic & Pilate’s studios, a yoga center, full-service concierge and tennis.
Take the complimentary shuttle and enjoy the luxury hotel van. Rent bikes, kayaks, paddleboat, and boats from the marina.
The space
Relax in this spacious and luxurious beautifully remodeled two-bedroom, two bath cottage condo with high end kitchen, designed with everything you’ll need to truly make it your home away from home.
Tastefully decorated and comfortably appointed throughout. The master bedroom features an in-suite with separate jetted tub and shower. Second bedroom offers two twin beds that can be converted to a king if desired.
Don’t want to go out, enjoy quiet nights at dining home with a fully stocked kitchen with utensils and cooking supplies and even outdoor grill located on the lanai.
Westerly facing and a very quiet 2nd floor unit, is where you can enjoy sitting out on the lanai watching its sunset views sharing your favorite bottle of wine.
One reserved under cover parking space right outside the unit as well as ample guest parking. High speed internet, Wi-Fi and Roku TV are included giving you the ability to log into any of your streaming services.
Guest access
At first it may seem very confusing, but Naples Bay Club (NBC) or Naples Bay Resort (NBR) are one the same when it comes to your vacation. They both service each other, therefore either reception desk can service all your needs.
NBC is where the Cottages are located and NBR is the marina hotel. NBC is where you will find the pools, gym, tennis courts and NBR is where you find marina activities, kayak rentals etc.
All guests are required, to check-in before you can gain access to the resort amenities. The resort is Cash-Less so you will be required to secure incidental and room charges with a credit card at time of check-In.
It is a very short walk between both areas. The resort does provide golf cart transportation around the complex if you choose not to walk.
Other things to note
The resort fees for the amenities are paid directly to the Resort upon arrival. These fees are separate from the reservation costs. ** Fees are subject to change by Naples Bay Resort**

11/1/2025 - 5/31/2026 - $250 Resort Administration Fee and $60 Daily Resort Fee
61/1/2026 - 10/31/2026 - $150 Resort Administration Fee and $50 Daily Resort Fee
All Fees, plus tax, are NOT part of the daily rental fee. They are paid directly to the Naples Bay Resort by the guest at Check-Out
Additional cleaning services can be purchased upon request.
SMOKING OR VAPING OF ANY KIND IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE UNIT INCLUDING OUTSIDE ON THE LANAI.

Staying at Rich’s lovely, clean home in Naples was so stress-free, from check-in to checkout. My family (including two young children) loved the amenities at the resort, especially the lazy river and the pool. The unit had everything we needed from laundry on-site to a well-stocked kitchen for making meals at home. Both my children have allergies, so we tend to cook from home when we travel, and we had everything we needed at Rich’s place. The location was excellent too! A short walk to downtown Naples and all the restaurants there, and if you’re a runner, not too far for a jog to the beach! We would absolutely book it again. Thanks for the memories!

The place was perfect for our family. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. The staff at the club were incredibly helpful and wonderful hosts. The location was ideal, with an easy walk across the bridge to Tin City and downtown. The pool and gym were fantastic. Highly recommend!

The condo is very clean and beautifully decorated. Everything was great and we really like this condo/resort. The owner responded to my questions quickly every time. We would highly recommend!

The hosts were excellent - provided detailed info and responded immediately.The condo was very nice. - Updated decor and had all the amenities we needed. Perfect for two couples or a family of 3-4.The property was large - multiple pools and restaurants.
