The Space:
This condo will be your Home Away from Home with the luxury of hotel living. This 1300 sq. ft. condo has everything you could possibly need. Living room has a large sectional/pull out, 50" flat screen ROKU TV with recorder and DVD. The split bedroom design makes it fabulous for two couples. Each bathroom is done in marble. The Master BR has a king-size bed, guest room has Two Twins that can be converted to a King. (Please SPECIFY)
**The Living Room sofa is a sleeper and can accommodate 2 more guests.
The Condo has a Washer and Dryer, 4 Beach Chairs, 2 Umbrellas and Coolers.
This condo is professionally decorated with recently upgraded granite kitchen counters, and a spacious dining area as well as a screened lanai. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cooking supplies. The hotel has 5 different pools, including a lazy river through a tropical landscaped paradise just a minute walk from the condo. The resort is within walking distance to Tin City (.03 mile) and 5th Avenue Restaurants and Shops (.07 mile) and only a 5 minute drive to Naples Beach. (1.5miles)
RESORT FEES:
The CLUB fees gives you access to the gym, spa and 5 pools, free parking and secured Wifi.

This condo is located on 5th Avenue South which is just .07 mile from 5th Avenue and at the entrance to the prestigious Royal Harbor neighborhood. The Beach is just 1.5 miles away.
Getting Around:
Naples is a quick 35-minute drive from the Fort Myers airport (RSW). The hotel offers a shuttle service to the beach, 5th Avenue and 3rd Street. You may also use Uber or Taxis to get around town. Hotel offers a free shuttle to
5th Avenue and 3rd Street.
From the condo, it's a 10-minute walk to downtown Naples, which features many restaurants, bars, and shops. Starbucks, Naples Coffee House, Alberto's, Bistro821 , Aqua, Verginas, Trulucks, Bice are just a few of the fabulous restaurants.
For fun, you can also take a water taxi shuttle to numerous other restaurants located on Naples Bay.
Other Things to Note:
There is a 7-nights minimum stay from November 1 to April 30th.

We originally selected a 2 bedroom apartment at the Naples Bay Resort cottages.
We were upgraded before arrival to a 3 bedroom which worked out perfectly for our family.
The location of the resort is excellent. It is an easy walk to the marina or Tin City and in cooler weather potentially further to 5th Avenue. The resort offers a shuttle to the beach and 5th Avenue so you don’t have to rely on a car.
The pool area and lazy river are very clean as are all the communal areas. The gym facility is excellent and I would also recommend the pool bar. The food was great and comparable in price to offsite cafes.
The apartment is fantastic. Spotlessly clean, well equipped to a high standard and we really appreciated there not only being basics such as some water and tea / coffee but also full cooking ingredients which really helped as we wanted to cater in.
The host Alina was extremely responsive to two minor settling in queries we had and resolved the issue the same day.
We loved the master suite and relaxing on the balcony in the evening.
We enjoyed trips to the botanical gardens / Everglades city to take a airboat trip / a boat trip with Seas the day from Tin City and many beaches. Even seeing dolphins swim by within 20
Metres.
What a wonderful family holiday , made easier by wonderful accommodation.

Naples Bay Club Resort / Cottages was first rate! These accommodations and location were a 10 / 10 to us. The condo had lots of room for us to relax when we were taking a break or in the evening. Well appointed with so many details that you may not find in other condos. The lanai was such a great space to relax.
The location of Naples Bay Cottages are so conveniently located right by the club to access the pools and anything you want to do at the club. The club and pools were excellent. First rate facilities with top notch service. Even the food we ate poolside was great. Try the shrimp tacos. Also, it is very nice to have an adult pool area for some relaxing or when you want to take a break from the main pool area. All the club staff were available for anything that you needed.
This location is so close to the resort marina, tin city and with some athletic shoes you can even walk to fifth Ave south for more shopping and more restaurants. We walked to the Naples resort marina as well as to Tin City for dinner.
The Naples Bay Club Resort has so much to offer and there is so much to do. Wish we could have stayed a lot longer.

The condo was very nice. Nicely furnished. Very clean. Great location. The property manager was great as well. She was very responsive when we had questions and even managed to get us early check in. I would definitely stay at this property again and highly recommend to others.

I have enjoyed every moment that I have been here. As an extended renter, I can tell you that this condo offers everything you can imagine. The condo has been recently remodeled to a white, gray and green color that makes it very welcoming, cheerful and extremely comfortable to live in. The owner pays attention to every detail which makes renting this condo a joy. The resort itself could not be any better, from the fabulous service around the pool and gym, to the many pools to enjoy. I like thT itboffwrs abd adult sitting area and hot tub as well as a family hot tub. The resort is within walking distance of 5th Avenue which makes a morning walk really enjoyable. Tin city offers fun and casual restaurants which is a real treat. Taking a boat taxi to go restaurant hopping is also a treat for me and a beautiful bay ride. I can honestly say this has been a great choice!
