About this house rental
Welcome to the Sunset Ranchette in Paso Robles wine country!
Enjoy this beautiful one acre property with family and friends we are dog friendly as well. We have full amenities available for your use including a game room with an air hockey table, foosball, large TV, seating area, and plenty of games for everyone.
Located on the union rd. wine trail with many of Paso Robles best wineries just minutes away. We are about 10 min to town with many restaurants and fun activities and tasting rooms.
The space
You will have the entire house and property to yourself. This property has plenty for everyone. When we put this house together, we wanted our guest to feel like they are at home with all the amities and much more. The three bedroom 2 bath home, has 2 queens and 1 king, one of the queens has a trundle for many sleeping options.
Outdoor Space.
• Breathtaking views of working vineyards and the hills beyond
• Multiple outdoor viewing areas with seating and firepit
• Glass outdoor heat lamps for those chilly nights
• Barbeque ready grill
• Backyard games and seating area
• Seating area in front of the house, perfect for catching the sunset while sipping on the best Paso Robles has to offer
Don't forget to head down and say hi to our friendly neighborhood goats, they are pretty cute!
Indoor Space:
• Vaulted ceilings immediately as you enter
• Living room has a spacious and comfortable L-shaped sectional, ideal for laying back and relaxing while watching the latest on your Netflix
• Updated kitchen, with everything you need to cook a Thanksgiving dinner; including spices, pots and pans, plenty of dishes, wine glasses etc...
• Dining area with solid oak table.
• Bedrooms have views of the vineyard and surrounding hills, or of the sunset.
• Access to indoor laundry

• Complimentary bottle of wine
• We are stocked with coffee, filters and sugar
• Lots of games for those let’s stay in nights.
• Large living room TV
• We are very baby and kid friendly. We have a high chair, pack n play, kids
kitchen ware and many games available

• A short 5-10 minute drive to numerous wineries with their own diverse tasting experiences for you to relish
• Take the kids fishing at Barney Schwartz Park, 10 minutes from the house
• Multiple olive farms offering olive oil tastings in the area

The property is located off a dirt which gives it its country charm. However any vehicle will be ok on the road. Please drive no faster than 20 mph to keep the dust down.

This place exceeded our expectations! Was a great location, very clean, so many amenities and so organized! They even had labels on the light switches!

We had a fantastic time staying for a winter wine trip! The place was clean, comfortable and fun. Weather was pretty chilly in the evening but there was plenty of things at the house to entertain the six(plus two pups) of us. Hosts were kind and communicative!
