We fully commit to cleaning and sanitization protocols as recommended by CDC Standards.

-No smoking - when smoking occurs during your stay, a $350 cleaning will be charged to your card.
-No pets
-No sand in home. Please use outside showers to rinse by apt 3
-No noise after 11:00 PM - 7am
-Unauthorized guest will be charged $350 per person per stay. Please not that you may be asked to leave the property for this violation!!!
- Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged $150 fee

A last minute booking as we got stuck by hurricane Erin in St. Thomas and had to go through Puerto Rico to get home. It was a perfect amount of space for our family of 6. Just a short walk to the beach and short ride to Old San Juan. Loved the outdoor terrace space! So relaxing. Tastefully updated, very clean, and a great location. Would stay again.

Very spacious, comfortable beds, and close to the beach. The only downside was the street noise and constant lights from police patrolling the streets.

I stayed for 4 night and enjoyed myself. Thete were a few issues that wete addressed with the owners regarding cleaning. The ceiling fans were dusty and the shower liners needed to be changed. However overall it was nice. The downside is the unit i was in was upstairs and checking in was a bit confusing as one of the doors was left unlocked and i went in the wrong door. Home is spacious, upper deck is nice. Home has cameras outside and on the deck which made me feel safe. Rules a bit strict, had to turn the air and all lights when you leave. I understand leaving lights off during the day while youre away but coming back into a dark home was a bit uneasy. Location was central to downtown and very close to the beach.

This property far exceeded my expectations and the pictures online did not do it justice. The place is spacious, VERY clean and in a perfect location. Beautifully decorated and the outside patio was awesome. This was my first experience with Vrbo and the hosts made this process extremely easy and even sent a list of suggestions of places to see and eat. This will definitely be my first choice to stay when I come visit my family going forward.
