ABOUT THE HOUSE

Brushed hickory flooring flows throughout this newly constructed two-story home.

Prepare home-cooked meals in the stylish kitchen with open shelving and high-end stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and French-door fridge. Dine together at a center island bar with walnut surface and four turquoise chairs.

In the living area, sit and chat on the armchair and chaise sofa, or watch a show on the wall-mounted flat screen TV. A half bathroom is just off the living area.

Slumber in the king-size master bedroom with a walk-in closet and French doors to the backyard. The en-suite bath has a double-sink vanity and walk-in shower with dual showerhead.

Upstairs, get a good night’s sleep in two additional bedrooms with queen-size beds, roomy closets, and private balconies with bistro seating. These bedrooms share a full bath with double sinks and a tub/shower combination.

Your reservation includes complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and covered parking for two cars.

Start your day with a cup of coffee from Once Over, a modern coffeehouse with a creek-side deck. Eat like a local at Polvos, a Tex-Mex eatery with refreshing margaritas and an extensive salsa bar. Peruse the eclectic boutiques and vintage shops along South 1st Street, and enjoy a night out at downtown Austin’s acclaimed live music venues, featuring everything from rock and blues to country and jazz.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
