Spacious 2 bedrooms, with Beauyrest Black high-end mattresses, primary has TEMPUR-PEDIC topper, 2 1/2 bathrooms, a study, and laundry facilities on site. Equipped with high-speed WiFi. Living room TV fully prepared for streaming services with Roku (Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, etc). No carpet. Quartz countertops throughout. Beautiful fireplace. Lovely balcony off master and stone patio in yard. Babies welcome: pack n play and high chair on property.

3 minute drive to the nearest highway I-45, ideal for commuters to IAH airport, downtown Houston, and more. In the heart of The Woodlands, near Cynthia Woods Pavilion, Market Street, and plentiful night life opportunities.

This Townhome was just as described. So cute! Love the floorplan! Very clean. Quiet. Updated. Well stocked. Very comfortable! Convenient location. We would definitely stay here again!
