With 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, Marsh Mellow comfortably sleeps 14 guests. Each bedroom features an en suite or a bathroom directly outside, providing convenience and privacy. The sleeping arrangements include 2 king suites, 1 queen suite, 1 double suite, and a bunk room – perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a delightful beach retreat.

This thoughtfully designed home boasts an outdoor kitchen for al fresco dining, a refreshing pool, and a soothing hot tub. We charge $100/day to heat the pool. The highest the heater can go is 86°F, and there’s also a risk of the pipes being too cold to turn on the heater. If temperatures drop below 50°F, we are unable to activate it. We appreciate your understanding and are here if you have any further questions! We do not turn on the heater Mid Nov - March!

The house was perfect for our family. Just a couple of blocks to the beach. Lots of local activities to participate in. The pool, firepit and outdoor kitchen were great for entertaining.

Gorgeous home! The location of this cul de sac home by the marsh was ideal. There were 12 of us co-workers/ nurses who thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Short walk to the beach. The only drawback was the bunk bed room which would have been perfect for kids but kind of awkward to maneuver for adults. Thank you Josh for a great weekend get away!

Ice maker not working upon arrival. A hospitality manager and her boyfriend showed up to make the repair. They used a hair dryer for 2 hours and then left a refrigerator full of food at 56 degrees for a total of 4 hours (2 during the repair attempt and 2 after they left.) We went the entire week with no ice for 9 adults and 4 children. The oven takes a long time to heat to desired temp. It took over 1 hour to cook biscuits. The outdoor grill was filthy and very hard to use. In general, many things were not working correctly and the owner appeared to have knowledge of a a couple of things and prefers to just ‘note’ them in your check in email instead of having them fixed by a professional or replacing them. The linen fee is a joke as there were minimal linens/towels. There is a non-working golf cart being stored in the way of where our rented carts and/or vehicles should have been able to be parked. Overall, the house is in need of some repairs and maintenance however it appears the owner is fine with everything “as is”.
