About this apartment rental

Naples 2br/2ba condo in popular a quiet community located in the heart of Naples. Enjoy morning coffee on your screened in lanai overlooking Qual Run Golf Course. Condo features a queen size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom with 2 full baths. Location: excellent location walkable to Publix, Starbucks and plenty of other shops and dining as well only minutes to drive to Naples' beautiful beaches. Amenities include: salt water heated pool, sauna, BBQ grills, lighted tennis courts, pickleball, shuffleboard, bocce ball, renovated clubhouse with library, gym pool tables etc. Social calendar: water aerobics, bridge, bingo, coffee & donuts. Appliances: dishwasher, range, oven, microwave, washer & dryer on-site just a few doors down. Utilities: Water, Trash, Internet and Cable included. No pets per HOA. Golf available at Quail Run with no membership required. 30 day minimum rental except Jan-April minimum 60 days as of 2024.

The condo was great! The location is amazing with only minutes to anything you would want or need during my stay. Nice and quiet with very welcoming neighbors. Extra parking was nice. Same floor laundry and elevator is a helpful feature. I look forward to booking again when I the area!
