Great location for my niece’s wedding at The Barn venue. My son, his wife, and their son had the downstairs and it was a perfect fit for them with us upstairs. Would highly recommend it. Clean with nice amenities. Close to downtown West Jefferson.

After honeymooning in W Jefferson 16+ yrs ago, we've been coming back ever since for our tree. Best accomodations yet! Well apportioned enough for holiday baking!

This was such a lovely experience! We are a family of 7, two parents and five kids ranging from 5 - 16 in age.The owners, Deborah and Hollis, have put so much thought and care into their home - stunning cabinetry, a chef's kitchen with high-end appliances, all the dish- and cookware one could need, thoughtful storage nooks, comfortable furniture, whimsical details, an abundance of fluffy towels and bedding - the list could consume another paragraph.The location is peaceful and quiet (the first time you drive up, you might find it a bit alarming if you aren't usually in the mountains - we were glad we had a 4WD, but got more comfortable as we went up and down), with breathtaking views. Gorgeous at dawn, gorgeous during the day, gorgeous during a storm, and with the rainbow that followed.The house itself was immaculate. Everything just where it should be. I want the name of their cabinetmaker for when we redo our kitchen. Separate spaces with the upstairs and down - perfect for us and the kids. Books and games and cornhole on the deck. The deck is stunning - we loved the design choice to lacquer it. A kayak behind the house and one down at the dock.Deborah and Hollis were perfect - gave us all kinds of useful information and an easy check-in and check-out.We can't wait to go back.
