This home in the gated community of Pine Mountain Lake is especially great during the busy summer season when only property owners can park at the beach/Marina on weekends or holidays. Pine Mountain Lake guests can also access a championship golf course, community swimming pool, horseback riding, and pickleball or tennis courts. Plus, the quaint gold-rush town of Groveland is less than 30 miles from Yosemite.

The first level consists of a spacious bedroom, perfect for the kids! It boasts a Roku smart TV, an attached bathroom, and its own deck. In the main living area upstairs, you'll have two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry room. Spend cozy evenings at home watching the 65" smart TV, reading or playing games in the conversation-friendly living room, or enjoy meals on the deck where you can view wildlife and the tranquility of the filtered lake view. It's the perfect setting for family barbecues.

The well-equipped kitchen features appliances that make cooking a breeze, like an Instant Pot, ice cream maker, electric griddle, and more! You'll find a convenient desk for working remotely and staying connected via WiFi. Power shut-offs are less likely to disrupt your vacation as the house has a full propane-powered Generac. When you're not working, team up and head down to the garage to take advantage of the Ping-Pong table or grab some floats for a lazy beach day!

This home is within a gated community that requires a $42 access fee, payable to the HOA at check-in. The fee is subject to change without notice.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
