Our adorable 745 SQFT apartment is tucked away at the end of a cul de sac with a beautiful Pikes Peak view & is near many CO Springs attractions, grocery stores & shopping. You will be welcomed with a sparkling clean space & thoughtful touches including coffee, spices, & oil. The 2 bedrooms & 1 full bath have been freshly remodeled. Keeping your comfort in mind, we have included an LED Smart TV (w/YoutubeTV), radiant heat, private parking, & laundry (coin-op). We are excited to host your stay!

Quiet cul-de-sac. Nice view of PIke's Peak. Comfortable beds. All the necessary kitchen supplies. The only A/C appears to be a portable unit in the far corner of the large bedroom.

Kitchen setup was very nice. Whole setup was very nice. If I had a complaint the water pressure was a little bit laxking orher than that we had a wonderful stay.

This place was all set up for comfort and very accommodating. I had a beautiful view of the mountains. Overall such an amazing stay.
