Our adorable 745 SQFT apartment is tucked away at the end of a cul de sac with a beautiful Pikes Peak view & is near many CO Springs attractions, grocery stores & shopping. You will be welcomed with a sparkling clean space & thoughtful touches including coffee, spices, & oil. The 2 bedrooms & 1 full bath have been freshly remodeled. For us, the location was perfect. We're visiting the grandkids, and they were 5 minutes away. There's restaurants nearby, so the location was perfect. And the unit was in perfect condition.

Perfect for our weekend at the airshow!
With brutal temperatures the A/C was amazing and very much appreciated The property was very clean and modern with everything you could need. The host had all the sweet touches you don’t expect, including a full meal, popcorn,coffee and treats. The host was extremely helpful and responsive to any needs!!
