About this house rental
Central location with views of Palms & Florida flora. Gorgeous sunroom & large fenced-in backyard w/ tropical plants, a deck overlooking our creek, covered patio, Volleyball court, grill, hammocks, fire pit & enough room for yard games.
6 mins to St Pete Beach (rated #1 beach in 2021). 10 mins to central Downtown St Petersburg and 3 minutes to Gulfport's waterfront district and beach. MLB baseball stadium, art scene, museums & more!

Newly updated house! This is a 2 bedroom and 2 full bath house. Each bedroom has a queen bed and desk/office space. In the main living room is a pull out couch that has an upgraded queen mattress. The sunroom has a trundle with two twin beds. There is a laundry room and full kitchen- with everything you need for home-cooked meals. The driveway is large enough for 3 cars (Max). The backyard is fenced in and a great place to lounge after a long day at the beach. The garage is closed off and used for owners personal items.
Private access to all spaces besides garage, which is used for owners storage purposes.
This property is conveniently located off Gulfport Blvd. Across the street is Stetson College of Law. Head right out of the driveway within 3 minutes you are in the cute and artsy community of Gulfport. Visit their smaller beach, great restaurants and breweries. Take a left out of the driveway and in 4 minutes you will cross the bridge and be at St.Pete beach (Rated #1 beach in the nation). Clearwater beach is 35 minutes away. Pass-a grille beach 12 minutes. Downtown St.petersburg is a 10 minute drive and a great area for shopping, museums and dining. No need to even leave the property when you have a backyard oasis with tropical plants, fauna and a small creek running through. Hang out here for a BBQ and happy hour!
Enough parking for 3 cars. Can also accommodate trailers, RVs and/or boats. Best way to see the area and everything St.Pete has to offer is with a rental car. Otherwise, Ubers and Lyft are great resources to get around.
*Pet friendly with prior approval only. An additional pet fee of $175/pet/stay will be assessed, if approved. This fee is charged based on our increase in liability, insurance coverage required, and the potential for additional deep cleanings.
*Home is equipped with exterior security cameras (only). This is to protect our guests and our property as well as aid in the contactless self check-in/check-out process for our guests. Cameras are not monitored once guests check in.
IMPORTANT NOTICE : There are absolutely NO PARTIES & NO SMOKING inside the property allowed. Guests who do not abide will be asked to leave with no refund. An additional fee of $300 will be charged if there is evidence of smoking within the house.

The property was exactly as shown. The hosts were quick to respond to requests/concerns. The property gave us a place to relax after a day out where we could just be.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The house was clean and we enjoyed relaxing in the peaceful backyard. We would recommend this property to others.

Affordable stay for group of 6.
Good communication from host and convenient location (though was a busy street).
Listing is slightly misleading- "Bedroom 3" with 1 Queen Bed and 1 Sofa Bed entails the living room and there is one very uncomfortable pull out couch and a loveseat. Though the description states this is a 2 bed, 2 bath house.
House could use a little attention. Leaky showerheads, lots of outlets that didn't work, front lock feels loose.
