Clean.. spacious.. loved the patio to enjoy our coffee in the mornings. Enjoyed couple shows.. drive around Cases Cove... and hanging out and the Condo playing cards. Would definitely recommend this place.

This rental was very clean and well taken care of. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. The owner provided enough laundry detergent, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent for our stay. Our overall experience was great and we’ll definitely book this unit again.

First thing we said when we opened the door to the condo was “Wow!” I mean this place is awesome. It was absolutely spotless, the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen is absolutely stocked and has like a billion cabinets and miles of countertop space. The appliances are ultra modern. The pictures really don’t do this place justice as to how big it is. It can easily accommodate a party of 6 with the 2 large bedrooms with king beds, 2 baths and couch that i believe opens up to be a bed. Only thing we’d suggest is eliminating the dated jacuzzi in the master bedroom and replace it with a modern walk in shower. Now let’s talk about the balcony, it’s enormous and no I’m not exaggerating. I didn’t measure it but it’s like 20’ by 12’, plenty of room for hanging out all the while overlooking the roaring fork stream and yes it is roaring. We made breakfast every day and the kitchen has every pan or utensil we needed and incidentals like coffee filters and salt and pepper. As for location it was fantastic in that aspect as well. We walked down to Gatlinburg most times as parking down in Gatlinburg is pricey or nonexistent, about a 10 minute walk down the hill but there is also a free trolly that we took down and there’s an app that has the schedule (possibly include a trolly schedule in the things to do brochures in the living room.) We’re in our late 40’s and in good shape so the hill didn’t bother us but elderly people should probably take the trolly and not attempt the hill. Also having assigned parking in the parking level below the condos with easy access to the elevator was really nice. We forgot to sign the guest book but we’re Kelly and Scott from Ohio. We would definitely stay in this condo if we make our way down to Gatlinburg again.
