Hot tub and close to town
Charcoal grill was dirty. Maybe need to upgrade to a propane one. And an outside table would be nice on patio.

The location is great. It's on the quiet side of Gatlinburg (on the road to Cosby) but close to everything you need. The small stream is nice. The place felt like home. The beds were acceptable. It's great to have a fire pit (although we didn't feel like starting a wood fire. Gas would have been nice.) We loved having a private hot tub! I would stay again.
The other houses are close by. The surrounding properties take away from the privacy that one comes to the mountains for. Of course, you are "in town" so there's only so much privacy you could expect at any rate and Gatlinburg has grown so much. (I've lived in this area all my life.)
