Beaches Edge Anguilla Villa is a sleek, AIR-CONDITIONED, 5 bedroom/5.5 bath villa that is right on the ocean overlooking Anguilla's gorgeous Pelican Bay with stunning views of the mountains of St. Martin and a large, new luxury pool. There is a footpath to a small, quiet beach and the upscale villa is a 5 to 10-minute drive to Blowing Point Ferry Terminal, Anguilla's best beaches, spas, golf, tennis and everyone's favorite West End restaurants. The perfect jumping off point to explore Anguilla. You can also walk along the beach for 10 to 15 minutes and enjoy another larger beach.
Designed by the architect as a soothing threshold between the rocky inner island and the sea, Beaches Edge Villa's floor-to-ceiling glass windows bring the panoramic views outdoors, indoors. Our non-intrusive housekeeper visits daily.

Annual trip for 6 friends. House was beautiful and well maintained with unbelievable views.
Staff was wonderful, attentive and responsive.
Chef Tyrone was recommended to prepare dinner for our first night. Everything he made exceeded our expectations.

My friends and I stayed at Beaches Edge for my 60th birthday. Beaches Edge could not have been more perfect! Upon our arrival Henrique and Lillian were waiting at the villa to show us around and answer questions we might have. The champagne we asked for was chilled and waiting to sip along with chips & salsa. That sent the tone for the week. Lillian came daily to take care of the house and any little extra we might need, she was lovely! Henrique checked in and was available whenever we had questions. The views are incredible and every room is clean and comfortable. Beaches Edge has everything you need to have a good time, from board games, corn hole, pool float to a kitchen stocked with every gadget for cooking. The only thing missing in the villa is a bluetooth sound system. We planned ahead and brought our speakers, so it was not an issue.. Honestly, being on Anguilla was the perfect reset, we left feeling calm and grounded. Everyone was happy, humble, kind and helpful including the Beaches Edge team! We cannot wait to go back!

Our group had an AMAZING time at Beaches Edge! The Villa was absolutely gorgeous, with stunning waterfront views, beautiful décor and wonderful staff. The housekeeper Val did such a great job making us feel comfortable and welcomed and Henrique, Aline, and other members of the concierge group worked tirelessly to ensure that our group had everything we needed while staying at the Villa. I'd also HIGHLY recommend Chef Tyrone Hughes for all of your private dining needs while staying at the Villa! The food he prepared for us was fresh, delicious and done the 'Anguillan Way'! Our group is still talking about our dining experience! Overall, we had the times of our lives and we look forward to coming back to the Villa as soon as possible! Thanks to everyone that made our experience awesome!
