About this villa rental
Villa Alegria Anguilla is a private luxury villa near Blowing Point on Anguilla's desirable West End. Alegria is one of the Caribbean's most beautiful and comfortable oceanfront villas with stunning views of the sea and mountains of St. Martin. Unlike most Anguilla villas, this 4+ bedroom/4.5 bath luxury home offers truly effortless beach access down a short paved footpath. You can move easily between the villa and the sugar sands of Sandy Point Beach for swimming and snorkeling in less than a minute.
Tuscan-inspired, but with all the modern comforts, Villa Alegria was constructed in 2008 and appointed by the same designer who decorated the Four Seasons Hotel on the island of Nevis, and is professionally managed for your comfort. The villa blurs the line between outdoors and indoors, using porticos, courtyards, outdoor baths to ensure you are never far from the stunning ocean views and light Caribbean breeze.
Villa Alegria is packed with amenities including an expansive oceanfront terrace with large infinity pool, jetted Jacuzzi and resort-like loungers; air-conditioned indoor gym; chef's kitchen with premium appliances; formal dining room; alfresco dining areas; professional outdoor gas grill; indoor and outdoor living spaces; media room/office with flat-screen TV and sofa-bed (5th bedroom); master-quality bedrooms with ensuite baths; air conditioning; WIFI and more. You'll feel like you are vacationing in a private luxury resort that you have all to yourselves.
While at Alegria, lifting a finger is optional. Our concierge helps you plan your trip, greets you at the villa and is on-call throughout your stay. Daily housekeeping is included and our concierge can arrange optional services for you such as a private chef, grocery/wine stocking, childcare, local cell phones and in-villa massages.

The spacious villa has four master-quality bedrooms. Alegria sleeps 10 people easily, but larger parties can be accommodated with cribs and rollaways. Every bedroom has its own adjoining full bathroom and private patio or balcony, and a spectacular ocean view. There is also a half bath for the main living area/media room, as well as decadent outdoor baths and showers.
-Main Floor Deluxe Master Suite -- king bed, ensuite bath with shower, indoor tub and outdoor seating area.
-Main Floor Guest House -- king bed, ensuite bath with indoor and outdoor shower. Located adjacent to the main villa in its own structure with a private terrace. Ideal for couples who want more privacy, grandparents, or any staff you bring on vacation with you.
-Second Floor King Suite -- king bed, ensuite bath with shower, private oceanfront balcony.
-Second Floor Guest Suite -- two full-sized beds, ensuite bath with shower and tub combo and private oceanfront balcony.
-There is also an air conditioned media room with a comfortable queen sofa-bed that can be used as a fifth bedroom.

The local host was very accomodating and helped us set up car rentals, dinner plans, boat trips, etc. House and views were great (as advertised!) and the friendly house staff kept the house clean for us every day. Would stay there again!

Beautiful property in the paradise island of Anguilla. We were very happy with the house … truly the feel of a home away from home. The property manager Michelle as well as Angelina, the daily care taker of house were excellent! We will definitely be back.

I had such high expectations for this house (and our trip to Anguilla) and it truly surpassed all of them! First of all, before we even arrived, Barbara was incredibly helpful in suggesting fun activities and restaurants. She made everything so easy for us. She booked our transfers from St. Maarten to Anguilla, she arranged for our rental cars (which is a must) and had them waiting upon our arrival, she booked our full day of boating (another absolutely must and the highlight of our trip), she booked a chef for us (I wish we would have had the chef come more than once...it was phenomenal!) and made reservations for our meals out. It was incredibly helpful! Once we arrived, Michelle, the villa manager took over and helped us with anything we needed! She had the villa stocked with our food requests and made us a cocktail and cookies upon our arrival! We even left a phone in the rental car and returned the car. Michelle tracked it down and had it dropped off at the villa. She's wonderful! Also, the housekeeping staff was amazing. The villa was pristine! This was truly one of the best vacations ever and it was mostly because of this incredible house and the amazing team of people working to make our stay so special. When go come back to Anguilla we will absolutely head back to Villa Alegria.
