There are two large great rooms with panoramic beach views and large flat panel TVs with Dish network. There are three bedrooms, each with flat panel TVs. The master bedroom has a king sized bed. The second bedroom has a queen, and the third has two twins. The vacation rental has two and half bathrooms. It is within walking distance of restaurants. The perfect location for your beach vacation! While the picture may look like two homes, it is in fact just one vacation house.

Anything else you may need during your stay; the nearest Publix and Walmart is less than 10 minutes away from the property

Welcome to Manasota Key, from the north tip of the island to the south, this quant 11 mile island is picture perfect “old Florida”. This island is unique in which half is in Sarasota County and the other half is Charlotte County. It consists mainly of Englewood Beach in Charlotte County, Florida and is part of the Punta Gorda Metropolitan.
MANASOTA KEY BY MORNING
In the mornings head out your front door and down to the beach where you will find dolphins and other sea creatures making an early morning appearance. Or enjoy a quick bike or car ride to sightsee around the island and find yourself breath taken by the unique layout of the island.
MANASOTA KEY BY AFTERNOON
There are great restaurants on the Key with daily food and drink specials. For a quick drive off the island, enjoy a delicious lunch at Farlows on the Water. One of the best in the area!

This was the perfect spot especially with kids! The location makes getting on and off the beach so easy with a great deck to hang out on and get cleaned up from the beach. It was so quiet and beautiful to sit out on the deck first thing in the morning. The sunset was beautiful at this spot. Plenty of chairs, sifters and toys in the shed. The communication with the owner was great. Check in and check out were super easy.

The house was charming with that old Florida feel. It is perfectly positioned mere steps away from the ocean. The pristine sand and crystal-clear turquoise waters offered endless enjoyment for the kids, who reveled in swimming and playing on the beach daily. The house was furnished with beach toys, including noodles and a boogie board, and an assortment of metal shell diggers allowed us to collect a variety of stunning seashells. A fully stocked kitchen and the option for grocery delivery from Walmart afforded us the luxury of cooking in our own space or exploring local dining options. We were informed by locals that Manasota Key is a hidden gem, a truly special place. Our experience was simply delightful. I would highly recommend eating at The Waverly Restaurant which is located right down the road and the food was absolutely delicious. There are also a bunch of cute shops near by to check out during the day. And at night, the sunsets are absolutely breathtaking. The host, Andrew was accommodating as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

First I want to say that the location was wonderful. Directly on the beach. Easy drive to grocery store and restaurants. The house was clean.
I read the other reviews and was prepared for some things .
-Bugs: we noticed 2 palmetto bugs in the house during our stay, it’s Florida so no big deal. We were all pretty covered in bites by the end of our stay from the midges outside. Bug spray did not detour them.
-Doors: The back door lock was broken. Someone had broken the handle off which made it very difficult to lock.
-Master bed room: mattress needs to be replaced, it has two valleys in it. Other 2 bedroom bedrooms were ok
-Outside: table umbrella broken, only 3 of the 8 beach chairs were not broken. (Bring your own)
-Random items broken through out the house. Examples: no glass on ceiling light, old toilet paper/towel bars broken still half hanging. These things not a big deal just made it feel janky.
-Condos on same lot. These guests walk directly to beach beside master bedroom windows. During our stay we had issues with two different condo guests. One family parked in our space behind the house. And the others put up a huge camp site directly on the beach at the end of our walk way. Making our very convenient beach front property very inconvenient because we had to walk around all of there things going back and forth. Chances are you would not have these issues but I was not expecting them when renting a private house.
So I conclude saying temper your expectations.
