Welcome to our beachfront retreat in Englewood, FL! This charming single-family home offers luxury and relaxation with intercoastal dock access.

Welcome to our beachside retreat! This spacious house is the perfect destination for your vacation, with an unbeatable location just 2 minute walk from the sandy shores and a 2 minute walk from the intercoastal dock.

1 heated salt water pool (with baby gate for young ones)
1 swing set (3 swings)
2 bikes
2 stand up paddleboards
2 boogie boards
3 kayaks
9 beach chairs
1 beach wagon
1 beach tent
Various children sand toys
Various beach toys (football, volleyball, etc)
1 set of cornhole
1 bocchi ball game
1 large connect 4 game
1 croquet game
2 fishing rods
Back at the house, unwind in the inviting living spaces featuring four smart TVs, perfect for cozy movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.

1 Arcade Game. Indulge in nostalgic gaming experiences with our arcade game featuring a collection of 17,000 classic games from the 70's to the 2000's. (Arcade game currently under service. Expected to be repaired by Sept 1st.)
Rest well in our comfortable accommodations, with memory foam mattresses ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The master suite offers a king-sized bed for added luxury and comfort.
Families with children will appreciate the thoughtful touches we provide, including plates and silverware designed specifically for little ones. We aim to make your stay as convenient and enjoyable as possible.

What a fantastic weekend we had. Multi-generational for celebrating birthdays. House was so accommodating and very comfortable for all of us. We cooked, we grilled, we enjoyed the pool and the beach right across the road. It felt like a private beach. Our host had an abundance of beach gear and we took advantage of it all. Beach chairs, canopy, paddle boards, balls, plenty of towels for everyone and even a wagon to bring our stuff. They even had bicycles which we didn’t have a chance to use. We had to bring our dog and he loved it also. Our host responded quickly to all our questions and requests. Definitely looking forward to staying here again!!Thanks again Ed!!

This house was perfect for our party of 7 adults and 4 children. The children had their own space, the pool was great and the beach is just across the road. The house itself is laid out to accommodate a crowd comfortably, and it was very clean. Our crew agreed this was the best place we have stayed for annual family vacation. I would rent it again.
