Welcome to our beachfront retreat in Englewood, FL! This charming single-family home offers luxury and relaxation with intercoastal dock access.

Welcome to our beachside retreat! This spacious house is the perfect destination for your vacation, with an unbeatable location just 2 minute walk from the sandy shores and a 2 minute walk from the intercoastal dock.

1 swing set (3 swings)
2 bikes
2 stand up paddleboards
2 boogie boards
3 kayaks
9 beach chairs
1 beach wagon
1 beach tent
Various children sand toys
Various beach toys (football, volleyball, etc)

1 bocchi ball game
1 large connect 4 game

Back at the house, unwind in the inviting living spaces featuring four smart TVs, perfect for cozy movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.

1 Arcade Game. Indulge in nostalgic gaming experiences with our arcade game featuring a collection of 17,000 classic games from the 70's to the 2000's. (Arcade game currently under service. Expected to be repaired by Sept 1st.)
Rest well in our comfortable accommodations, with memory foam mattresses ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The master suite offers a king-sized bed for added luxury and comfort.

The property beach access was very close and quick easy walk, by far one of the best stocked rentals we have stayed in on the island, spacious and some nice upgrades to an older home, would definitely stay again when family comes to visit

Manasota is one of my favorite locations. This house is in a perfect spot on the island. Approx 1 mile from town center. Bay to the right of our location, and beach access directly across the street. The house was perfect for our three families. Kids bunk room was the perfect place to hang out. The only thing is it does get hot in the downstairs bedrooms. Additional fans would be a great add. The pool was a great break from the ocean. The patio is a perfect place to hang out with family at night. The paddleboards and bikes are a great addition. We will definitely be back!

We had such a great time in this house with our large family! Plenty of space for us all. The pool was large and the private beach access was amazing. You do have to cross a busy road to get to it but it’s a short walk. The bedrooms were comfortable and the fenced in yard was great for our young kids. We really appreciated the baby gate around the pool and the beach gear in the garage. We hope to be back again soon!
