Available for all seasons, this spacious 4 BR beachfront house on Crystal Lake is a perfect gateway to all this area has to offer: Sleeping Bear Dunes, Frankfort town and beach, Crystal Mountain golf and ski, and Arcadia Bluffs- just to name a few. Close proximity to some of Michigan's premier golf courses. On the south shore of Crystal Lake as part of cottage association.

This newer built home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and comfortable sleeping for 10 adults. Situated steps from a large sandy private beach with shared dock, kayaks and fire pit. The updated large kitchen is perfect for making meals for your group or having coffee with a view at the kitchen island. The upper level has wood flooring throughout, a large stone fireplace and flat screen tv to make for a relaxing cozy stay. The large lower level with large rec room, and 2 large bedrooms is perfect for kids and families.
There is a large deck on the front of the house with a beautiful view of the lake. Perfect for meals or relaxing.
Located approximately 2 miles from charming downtown Frankfort and its shops, restaurants and beautiful public beach and light house.
Kids of all ages are welcome to participate in the cottage association weekly activities of tennis lessons and crafts.
While there is so much to do in the area, you might find you just want to relax on the sandy beach and swim in beautiful Crystal Lake.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was better in person and the location was perfect to the Ironman 70.3 race (why we were in town). Anne was a pleasure to connect with and we appreciate her opening her family lake home. It was clean, very spacious, and has a beautiful deck overlooking the lake. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here with friends for a girls weekend and this was perfect fit for all of us! Plenty of space and very comfortable.
Great location, close to the lighthouse, great walking trails, Restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our coffee on the large deck looking over the lake and had a campfire on the beach too. The house and neighborhood is very quiet. Kitchen is equipt with everything you need. And the host is very responsive and accommodating.
This is our second time here for our girls trip and we’re coming back again next year!!
