About this house rental
The Castle house; on the corner of Park and M 22 across from St. Ann's Catholic Church, the Castle house offers four bedrooms and a bathroom with tub upstairs and a first floor bedroom and bathroom. With a bath on each level this home can accommodate up to 12 people. There's queen beds in 4 bedrooms and a king in the master as well as a double bunk in the larger upstairs bedroom. The entire house has been newly refinished and refurbished and is waiting for your family and friends. In addition to the more than one hundred years of history, the house comes with gas grill, plenty of offstreet parking, nearly an acre of lawn, a back patio and a front porch. The house comes with all appliances, cooking equipment, washer and dryer, two full baths, towels and linen changed at least weekly.
Highspeed internet is free and there is DVD and a smart TV for streaming. High end Spectrum Cable service provides hundreds of channels and On-Demand services.
There is an outdoor RV outlet box and a J1772 charger for your electric hybrid car. There are outdoor faucets and hose for your outdoor cleanup.
The Castle House has quiet, safe, hotwater radiator heating, a modern boiler and unlimited Hot Water for showers! It also has a powerful central air conditioning unit to keep you comfortable and dry.
Best of all its just a 10 minute walk to the beach! Choose a leisurely route through town and enjoy all the shopping and amenities Frankfort has to offer or take the shortcut to the steep stairs down directly to the undisturbed beaches which stretch miles to the north of the busy harbor.

The Castle House was comfortable for our family. The front porch was very nice. We had sufficient parking in back. Location was also a plus.It needs WiFi & update doors & locks. But, Overall, we had a great week.

Upon arriving at the property, we discovered that the house had not been properly cleaned by the cleaning company and the previous guests had left the grill in an atrocious condition. The owners of the house were extremely apologetic and sent us a bottle of wine as an apology for the cleanliness issue and actually ordered a new grill the day we made them aware of the situation. While I believe the home could use some improvements, our stay overall was pleasant. The park right across the street was a bonus for anyone with a family as well.
