New build finished in 2020. Open front deck, lower level walkout basement with patio area, lots of beds (and extra single mattresses in basement storage) to comfortably sleep 12 to 14. Two living areas to spread out if need be. Nice wooded walk to lovely downtown Frankfort, shops and dining, is just under one mile. A close walk and access to Lake Michigan and Frankfort beach! Short drive to nearby beautiful Crystal Lake.

Beautiful home! There were eights adults and we had plenty of room to relax....especially the back porch! Great place for morning coffee.Close to town and beach. Would definitely come back!
