The large in-law suite has its own entrance, as well as a kitchenette including a mini fridge. This suite also has an attached half bathroom.
The very private backyard area is a tropical oasis with an infinity pool and spa overlooking the lake *Pool & spa are heated to 82 degrees*
This home is centrally located in the highly desired neighborhood of Poinsettia Heights.
It is less than a 5 minute drive directly east to the beach & Birch State Park (2.5 miles away)
Walking distance to restaurants, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Publix, shopping, pharmacies and more!

3) No special events or parties are allowed without prior consent
4) No pets are allowed
5) No smoking
6) No shoes inside the house
7) Outside quiet hours are from 10 PM- 7 AM. Please keep the neighborhood peaceful for everyone.
**EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT are based on availability and can be requested 24-48 hours prior to arrival/ departure. There is a fee of $50 plus tax for each**
**To help ensure the safety of our guests, the property is monitored with exterior cameras on the front of the house only. These cameras do not infringe upon any private area as they are all exterior. Exterior Cameras capture and record audio and video.**

This house has everything you would ever need. It is by far the most well thought out VRBO I’ve stayed in. It was very clean, had top-of-the-line appliances. The kitchen was pure joy. And the view every morning of the small lake on the other side of the pool was welcome. The pool temperature at 82 was perfect for our perfect Florida long weekend.
