It features a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials, central air-conditioning, a private balcony overlooking the water, on-site washer/dryer for your laundry needs, comfortable and inviting furniture, and TV with cable.
This beachfront condo is ideally located within walking distance of various dining and shopping options; you can also take the bus for hassle-free travel to your favorite destinations. The historic Ocean City Boardwalk, with its carnival atmosphere, great food, and superb nightlife, is located five miles south. You can also plan a fun family day at Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Waterpark, only four miles south.

The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed.
The indoor pool and large outdoor pool will not accommodate children in diapers. There is an outdoor kiddie pool provided for children in diapers.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Building itself is older but overall we were happy with everything except the WIFI. Place was clean, we had clean towels and linens and just overall pleased. I would definitely go back.

The condo itself had good space and seating for a family. Refrigerator and microwave were clean which are usually an issue when renting.
Nice view, especially if you don’t mind heights. Linen service was convenient.
The condo was not well cleaned. I understand that each cleaning does not need to be a deep clean, however it should be noticed when things build up. Ceiling tiles in attached bath to primary were loose and one was falling with the insulation coming out. Floors all throughout did not look touched. Hair in the bathrooms. Kitchen counters had crumbs and “goo”. Toaster and coffee maker were not good. We had to clean the condo ourselves. If you charge such a cleaning fee, we would expect a little more.
