There is parking space for 3-4 vehicles in the driveway. With a Covered Patio and Charcoal Grill, the Ground Level is the ideal place to enjoy the delicious smell of ocean breezes while you grill up some fresh, local North Carolina seafood. When you get back from the beach, you can easily rinse off in the Enclosed Outdoor Shower and then dry off in the sun on the Ground-Level Deck with built-in benches. You'll also find the Laundry with a Washer/Dryer on this level, which makes getting the sand out of those beach towels quick and easy so that you're spending less time prepping and more time with your toes in the sand.
The main entry is on the Top Level through a Covered Porch with a Cozy Swing where you can spend lazy afternoons reading your favorite book in the shade. Rental was in good condition. Includes several amenities and pet friendly. Some minor upgrades needed, but overall a great property. Location is perfect, walking distance to the beach. I would recommend this property.
