The property was nice and met our needs for an overnight stay while traveling through Palm Springs. If you are traveling with dogs, be aware there is no grassy area for them to potty. We walked down a few blocks to a grass patch.

The property was clean and quiet and is conveniently located. I needed a place that took pets as I was traveling with my dog, and this worked great. The property manager was very communicative and helpful, as I extended my stay a couple of times and he helped make the changes in the VRBO system.

I have been here for 11 days and have enjoyed the amenities of this bungalow with the kitchen, living area and bedroom bath. It is listed for as many as four people that would require using the sleep sofa. I'm not sure I'd recommend it for four adults it would be pretty crowded.

This property is convenient for small families. It is close to the main drag of Palm Springs so you don’t have to travel too far with a young child. The space is small, so probably best for just one child. The bedroom was just the right size to fit a pack and play for the baby to sleep while parents can be in the living room.

We were very pleased with the accommodations. It had everything we needed. We were in Palm Springs for our first visit but could only stay two nights. It was so nice to be located downtown and close to restaurants although I also cooked in the kitchen. My only complaint was the oven door did not have a handle and one of the burners didn't work. I didn't contact owner regarding these problems because our stay was so short. Otherwise, this place was perfect for us and our small dog. Thank you!!

You can’t beat the location. Just one block from central downtown. But the pool is located at another property & is very small, so there’s not enough chairs or space for everyone. The outdoor area at the villa was very disappointing & the villa itself was worn & dated, but it was clean & the bed was very comfortable, so it suited our needs.

The best thing about this VRBO is the..... location. A four minute walk to downtown and shopping. Exactly what we needed as we didn't have a car. Other than the location, this is a basic location. There were a few spider webs and it was a little bit dusty but otherwise clean. Super basic tools in the kitchen. The communication was amazing though! Always responded within minutes if I had a question or issue.

Great location. Great for couple. But still needs work. Cheap slip covers on sofa and love seat just made you itch. Bathroom floor still needs work. Kitchen stove missing oven handle and refrigerator had missing drawer. Microwave on very low stand so it was hard to open. Front security door did not work. The photo was not true. No bed skirt on the bed. The rug in the bathroom was disgusting. Could not see out windows. Floor lamps shade was broken. Walls patched but not sanded and painted. Buy matching dishes. The kitchen had was not stocked with cookware. Needs work could be cute

This was a great little property to stay at with my husband for our anniversary. The pool was extremely pleasant and the property was quiet yet walkable to downtown shopping and restaurants. The host was very sweet. We would definitely come visit here again… next time a place poolside would be perfection.

Casita was a bit funky, but clean and comfortable. It could use an additional reading lamp, more silverware and a hand towel hook in the bathroom, and reversing the refrigerator door would certainly make the appliance easier to get into, but these are minor “complaints.” The great thing about the casita is its location—a block and a half from the Palm Springs Art Museum and the same distance from Palm Canyon Drive with its great restaurants. We’d happily stay there again!

The location did not look like the picture. Floors in kitchen were filthy and walls in bathroom and a side table lamp in bedroom had dried “drippings” of some sort that had not been cleaned. No kitchen items at all to prepare or even heat up anything in or on the stove. Only good thing was location and the fact were did not spend a lot of time at the location.

This place was perfect for us. We could walk everywhere in Palm Springs! It was like having a cute beach cabin in the desert…that’s the vibe we felt! HFunky, comfortable, with everything we needed. The manager was also very pleasant. I’d recommend this place highly if you like a close-in location. Super quiet at night too, bonus!!

Quaint cabin in the heart of Palm Springs. The only negative for us is that the kitchen is not very well stocked equipment wise so its best to eat out which we dont mind but like to cook in part of the time. Overall we enjoyed our time there. Super comfortable bed and great shower! Natalie was very helpful.

Nice neighborhood, walking distance to many restaurants and hiking at Museum trail. Place large with lots of room to spread out. Pool actually around the corner at another property. Room wasn’t ready at 4pm when we arrived, but host was getting it ready and very apologetic. Market 2 blocks away for convenience.

Location was great, communication was great, and grounds were great. Right up until we were told VRBO had double booked the room and we could only stay Saturday night. With the big Christmas parade going on that weekend we couldn't find anywhere else with availability. Not a great scinario.
