This modern beauty features 2 large Master Suites and 2 bathrooms on top floor. Good Size Balcony overlooking Garden with tile floor, ceiling fans and cable TV. Kitchen has granite counter tops and all new appliances. Vaulted Ceilings and rare in unit Washer and Dryer. Unit comes furnished with modern decor. This unit has optional keyless entry via your smartphone. Each room has a large flat screen smart tv with cable, netflix, amazon prime and youtube.
Our gated property is a beautifully kept complex within walking distance to downtown, Sunrise Shopping Centers, Mizell Senior Center, and the Library. The gated complex boasts brand new tennis courts and two large pools with jacuzzis. Not to mention the clubhouse with fitness room. (Racquets and balls in unit) - 29 day minimum.

Everything went smoothly from the moment I arrived. Michele was never more than a text away, her apartment was comfortably but tastefully furnished (I mean really good job and cool artwork!) the property immaculately maintained and finally you couldn't ask for a better location. I'm almost embarrassed by how quickly I felt completely at home!

I had never booked with Vrbo before and our experience was good ! The condo was comfortable and a wonderful place to stay for a month. The properties amenities like pickle ball, the game room and pools were relaxing. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this location to others.

We loved this condo! Perfect location very close to downtown! Easy walk to Starbucks and downtown. The Condo was perfectly equipped with everything and was super comfortable. Great dual-master suites made it great for two couples! The large balcony was great for sipping coffee or unwinding after a long day. The pool and hot tub were great amenities and so was the game room. We had a lovely relaxing weekend and will definitely be back.

Great location! Walking distance to downtown as well as the local grocery store! Amenities abound and in very good condition. Grounds are well maintained. Owner is quick to respond to all questions!
Would recommend for four people!
