We have been coming to 30a for years but this was our first time to watersound. We loved the area! The proximity of the unit was great for the beach and pool. The unit was very nice but could use some updating with more comfortable furniture in the living and dining areas. The bunk room beds could use replacing as they were very noisy and the trundle bed wasn’t very clean or useable. Master bath needs better lighting. Very dark for putting on makeup or shaving. The management was very easy to communicate with and attentive on issues that could be addressed during our stay. Golf cart, bikes and start up items in the unit were all very handy. We hope to come back next year but might choose a different unit just because of the need for more seating and more comfortable furniture in the living areas.

Location was wonderful. Watersound is a great beach destination. The home was clean and well stocked. The golf cart and bikes were appreciated but very well worn. The beds definitely could have been replaced as they were extremely uncomfortable. Reminded me of sleeping ion an exam table. Loved the kitchen. Perfect and well stocked. Thank you for allowing us to rent.
